Welcome to Sanoria. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sanoria. We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with the policies referred to in them, set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability, so please read them carefully.

By visiting, using or buying from the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and your account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. When you use the Services or buy from us, you may be asked for information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or share your account with anyone else.

2. Health information and product use

Sanoria is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Information on our website, in our emails and in our guides is for general education only and is not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication (including insulin or other blood-sugar medication), have a medical condition or are scheduled for surgery. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without your doctor's advice.

Use our products only as directed on the label. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of the reach of children. Individual results vary.

3. Our products

We work hard to describe and show our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may look different on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Product descriptions, ingredients, packaging and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities available to any person, household or region.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and your order is accepted only when we confirm it and have received your payment. Please check your order carefully before you submit it. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the details you provided.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for resale.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, which will appear in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs or import charges.

Promotions may have their own terms. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and to keep it up to date. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that you will pay all charges at the prices in effect when they are incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your subscription renews automatically every 30 days and is charged to your payment method until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Full details are in our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person, and a review is not a guarantee that you will have the same results.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including our trademarks, brand name, logos, text, images, graphics, videos, guides and product reviews, and how they are arranged, belongs to Sanoria or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish or otherwise use any of our content without our written permission. The Sanoria name, logo and slogans are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission. Shopify's name and trademarks belong to Shopify, and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party tools and links

The Services may include tools, apps or links provided by third parties that we do not control. These are provided "as is", without any warranty or endorsement from us, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products or services.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but any purchase you make is made directly with Sanoria. Shopify is not responsible for any part of a sale between you and Sanoria, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products you buy. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases from Sanoria.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information to provide and improve the Services. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other feedback, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display it for any purpose, including in our marketing, without payment to you. You confirm that you have the right to share your feedback, that it is truthful and lawful, and that you have disclosed any incentive you received for it. We may, but are not required to, edit or remove feedback.

14. Errors and omissions

The Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct them, update information or cancel orders at any time, including after you have placed an order.

15. Prohibited uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to break any law; infringe anyone's rights, including our intellectual property; harass or harm any person; submit false or misleading information; send spam; impersonate anyone; upload viruses or malicious code; copy, resell or exploit any part of the Services; collect other people's personal information; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Services without our permission; or interfere with or bypass any security feature. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.

16. Termination

We may end these Terms or your access to the Services at any time, without notice. You remain responsible for all amounts owed up to that date. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, continue to apply after termination.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

Information on the Services is provided for general information only. Except as expressly stated by Sanoria, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanoria and its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, agents, service providers and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product bought through them, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanoria, Shopify and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any claims, losses, damages or liabilities, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

21. Waiver and entire agreement

If we do not enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies posted on our website, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any earlier agreements or versions of these Terms.

22. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours without notice to you.

23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sanoria is headquartered, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

24. Changes to these Terms

You can read the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update them by posting changes on our website, and we will notify you of material changes where required by law. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
